Logistics is one of the most importend business sectors in Lübeck. Three of the biggest logistic companies in Schleswig-Holstein are situated in our region to earn with a workforce of 1,500 an annual turnover in the three-digit million range.

In order to keep interested parties informed about the current logistics real estate situation, and as part of the logRegio initiative, the Lübeck Business Development Corporation GmbH is publishing the Logistics Real Estate Report for the first time. It is intended to enable project developers, investors, project partners and decision makers to appreciate Lübeck's advantages and capacity as a logistics location.
